If a screen or selection looks stale
Return through the Ripple Rail or open the chamber index, then reopen the module. Selected learning cards and Reserve Shelf values are temporary. Android may restore the currently open chamber after a routine activity recreation, but the app is not creating an ongoing household record.
For the one saved interface preference, open Privacy Basin and use the visible control. Android settings can clear the app's storage, and uninstalling removes app-controlled local state. Backup and device transfer are disabled by the release manifest.

Useful details for a technical letter
A concise technical report can identify Rillmark Dalefield, version 1.0.0, package nz.org.dalefieldwatersupply.rillmark, the Android version, device model, chamber name and what was visible before the problem.
Do not include resident names, child information, health details, property addresses, supplier account numbers, meter readings, photos of private infrastructure, access details, notice screenshots or incident narratives. The app contains no contact form and this site does not collect submissions.
